What the Work Involves
Work in this area covers drafting, reviewing and negotiating the agreements a business relies on day to day. Contract work starts from how the business actually operates: a contract that does not match what happens in practice will not protect the business when it is needed, so the first step is understanding the operation before drafting terms to fit it.
